For some it will include coffee, for others it may include salmon on toast. Protein is a wise choice for this time of day.
This is one of my favorite breakfasts, especially on weekends. It will keep you satisfied for hours, making it perfect for days when you might not eat until later in the day. A hearty meal like this will keep you full and energized until lunchtime.
For variety, you can alternate with High Fibre Cereal, Muesli, or a Protein Smoothie on the other mornings.
