Physiological fatigue arises from sports, exercise, or hard work. Managing fatigue of this type involves proper rest and nutrition.
Withania is slightly sedative and helps those who are “hyped-up,” playing a role in managing fatigue.
Korean Ginseng is mildly stimulating and good for initial stress stages, aiding in managing fatigue effectively.
This fatigue type can signal an underlying disorder requiring medical examination. Proper diagnosis and treatment are essential in managing fatigue caused by pathological issues.
Consult with a naturopath or a medical doctor experienced in treating fatigue cases. Managing fatigue often involves addressing adrenal or thyroid dysfunction.
