Fresh Homemade Hummus: A Nutritious Chickpea Recipe

Method:

The following day, drain and rinse the chickpeas, then simmer them in fresh water for about two hours until they are tender. 2. Blend the Ingredients:   In a food processor, combine the cooled chickpeas, garlic, tahini, olive oil, and lemon juice.
