Fats and Oils

The type of fat is important, not how much you eat. A few facts most are unaware of with regards to fats is that each cell membrane in your body (and there are literally millions and millions of these cells) is compose of fats. The second important and often overlooked fact is that your brain is in fact composed of about 60 percent fat! Bearing this in mind, it is very important therefore to understand that the kind of fats you consume therefore strongly influence not only your level of brain function, but your entire health.
