Fruit balls are a bit like Carob Bobbs, but I would recommend these more for those with sluggish bowels or in need of a sweeter treat. The possibilities here are again endless, like the muesli bars. You can add all types of dried fruits. They taste nicer if left for a day or two. Keep cool.
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup seedless raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- carob powder
- Grind fruits together.
- Add nuts then carob to bind it together.
- Roll into balls and roll in roasted sesame.
