Green Smoothie

The green smoothie is considered one of the healthiest of beverages, especially when consumed daily. Here is a SUPER green smoothie packed with nutrition and goodness. This delicious smoothie is low fat, low sodium, low cholesterol, heart healthy, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and raw!
Yield: 4 servings


  • 2 bananas
  • 3 oranges, peeled, quartered
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 4 cups cold water


  • Place all ingredients in Vita Mix container in order listed.
  • Secure the 2-part lid. Select VARIABLE, speed #1.
  • Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to #10; then to HIGH.
  • Run for 1 minute or until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
