Do You Have Juice?

Why not add a healthy green drink each day as part of your cleansing regime? This is just another way to incorporate fresh fruit & vegetables into your diet. The best thing about raw vegetable and fruit juice is that these foods are packed full of many essential vitamins and minerals, enzymes and amino acids that are all critical in maintaining excellent health. Here are some of my favorite recipes:

 

Clean and Green Juice

  • Carrots – 4
  • Celery – 2 stalks
  • Parsley – small bunch
  • Spinach – 4 leaves

Carrot Cleanser

  • Carrots – 3
  • Beet – ½
  • Cucumber – ½

CBS

  • Carrots – 3
  • Beet – ½
  • Spinach – 3 leaves

 Specialty Juices: Antifungal, Antibacterial and Anti Parasite

Do you have a candida yeast infection, or maybe suffer from parasites or have bad bacteria in your digestive system? The following juices have been trialled in my clinic for a number of years and work very well. I recommend starting with the milder juices in this category before starting out too strong. Take it easy in the beginning especially, you can always increase the strength as you gain more experience. You will find the taste a lot more bitter as the strength level of these juices increases, and so also the potential for any aggravations, so take care.

 

Candida Crusher Juice # 1 (Mild)

  • Carrots – 4
  • Celery – 2 stalks
  • Parsley – small handful
  • Spinach – 4 leaves

Candida Crusher Juice # 3 (Strong)

  • Coconut milk – 250mls
  • Colloidal silver – 1 tsp.
  • Grapefruit seed extract   5 drops

Candida Crusher Juice # 2 (Moderate)

  • Coconut milk – 250 mls
  • Colloidal silver – 5 drops
  • Aniseed – ¼ tsp.
  • Ice cubes – 6

 

 Candida Crusher Juice # 4 (Strongest)

  • Grapefruit juice – 250mls
  • Grapefruit seed extract – 10 drops
  • Oregano oil – 5 drops
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Colloidal silver – 1 tsp.
